Willow service guide

Procedures.

All Willow services are consultation-led. The right procedure, timing and frequency for your skin are determined during your intake visit — not at the point of booking.

How to read this page.

Each service is described in general terms. Specific suitability, frequency and clinical details are confirmed at your consultation visit, not before it.

First visits

Services designed for new clients or clients returning after an extended break. Begin with a full consultation that sets the baseline for all future care.

Maintenance

Follow-up services for clients with an established Willow care plan. Scheduled at intervals determined during the initial consultation — not on a fixed monthly billing cycle.

Specialty

Goal-specific services for event preparation, seasonal transitions and focused skin concerns. Always preceded by a consultation to confirm timing and appropriateness.

First visit services.

For new clients and those returning after six or more months. These visits set the foundation for all future care at Willow.

01

Skin intake consultation

A 45–60 minute structured first visit covering visible skin concerns, history, current home care and lifestyle factors. Ends with a written care plan and suggested next step. Required for all new Willow clients.

02

Skin ritual — introductory

A hands-on introductory service performed after or combined with the intake consultation. Scope and selection are determined by the provider based on your skin assessment — not pre-selected at booking.

03

Skin re-entry consult

For clients returning after a break of six months or more. Reviews changes in skin condition, home care and goals since the last visit, and establishes an updated care plan before any service proceeds.

Maintenance services.

For clients with an existing Willow care plan. Scheduled at intervals recommended during your last visit — not booked on impulse between appointments.

04

Maintenance ritual

A follow-up skin service for established Willow clients. Scope is adjusted based on your skin's current condition at the visit — not identical every time. Typical cadence: every 4–8 weeks depending on care plan.

05

Quarterly skin review

A structured check-in visit that reviews your skin's progress, adjusts the care plan and updates home care recommendations. Does not always include a hands-on service — focused on planning and assessment.

06

Home care alignment visit

A shorter visit focused on reviewing and optimizing your home skincare routine relative to your current skin goals. Includes product assessment, routine restructuring and written recommendations to take home.

Specialty and goal-specific services.

Services for defined objectives, seasonal transitions and event preparation. Each requires a prior consultation to confirm timing, suitability and realistic expectations.

07

Event preparation plan

A timeline-based consultation and treatment series for clients preparing for a specific date — wedding, photos, reunion, milestone event. Planning begins 8–16 weeks before the date to allow for realistic preparation and any necessary recovery. Includes written schedule and touchpoints.

08

Seasonal skin transition

A visit designed around the skin's response to seasonal change — particularly useful in late summer into fall or winter into spring. Adjusts home care, ritual frequency and product choices to account for shifting humidity, temperature and sun exposure patterns.

Before you book

What to expect from the consultation.

The first consultation at Willow is a real clinical conversation — not a sales pitch for treatments. The provider reviews your intake form in advance, asks structured questions during the visit and sends a written plan afterward.

Clients are not required to commit to a service package or treatment series at the first visit. The plan is offered as a recommendation; the client decides the pace.

Some clients begin a hands-on service at the first visit. Others prefer to review the written plan at home before scheduling their next step. Both are fine.

Pricing and packages

Transparent pricing. No surprise add-ons.

Service pricing is discussed during the consultation and shared in writing before any treatment is scheduled. Willow does not offer surprise upgrades, package pressure or add-on upsells during a visit.

  • No membership fees or auto-renewing packages
  • Cancellation policy: 48-hour notice for service visits
  • Payment confirmed before visit, not during treatment
  • Insurance is not accepted — services are elective aesthetic care
